Cant ever thank sabrina and team enough for saving benjy bunny! Super fast response when i needed it the most and always there for advice after, nothing is a problem! Felt at ease leaving my little bunny overnight after meeting sabrina only minutes before, the care doesnt end when your pet leaves they are always interested to know how things are going after, i wouldn't doubt calling for advice on anything no matter how small it seems, if it wasnt for the existence of Carnforth Pet Care benjy would not be here, so THANKYOU!!

My lovely Ziva a boxer dog had an operation here this week and we had just registered. I can Highly recommend Carnforth 24 hour vet care at Greenland farm village Twitfield. they are warm and open and friendly nothing was too much for them. I was I kept informed by phone and email all the time. This vet practice is different and an amazing find, it's well worth the extra drive to get here. It has the Wow factor for being a modern up to date vet practice with excellent equipment, and a 24 hour service. And you can look around the whole practice. Highly Recommended

Shocking and distressing experience. Luckily i sought second opinion. Excess of £800 in 4 weeks . Failed operation. Allowed in surgery and waiting room with kennel cough and other dogs even though you where currently treating mine for kennel cough. I could go on and on and the outcome is you are justifying your actions which is as i expected when your partner conducts the investigation. Also you have done nothing illegal and if your practice wants to reccomend what another vet wouldn't that is your choice also. I prefer a vet who wants the best outcome even if it maybe the cheapest. I would like to dispute some of the replys you gave as untrue . I never refused a heart scan for jinx !!! In fact he has just had one....good job i didnt let you operate on him. New vet has advised this would not be a good idea at all as he has an enlarged heart and having the op could tip him over the edge !!!. I also dispute being told the operation could fail on Beauty. That was never discussed ...i never wanted an operation but was led to belive it was the only way and i would never have risked it had i known it might fail and i am so glad i didnt let you repeat it..New vet also would not of operated on a 14 year old dog. I feel so sad she had to go through all this because i selected your practice based on location and i should in hindsight gone with local recommendations. New vet drained and did not go with your diagnosis that it would get infected. It has now healed with one drain and some ear drops as ear had become infected and she has now gone deaf.!! So just my opinion and this will no doubt be disputed but i would hate anyone to go through unnecessary distress we all have.
