Having taken my dog in for surgery, it was a not stressful or worrying experience above my general anxiety over my dog going to the vets. The nurses and vets are so kind, knowledgeable and friendly that there was no concern that he wouldn't be in safe hands. They eased my concerns, answered questions and were all really patient with me, and treated my dog as a little spoilt celebrity which instantly calmed him as well. Lovely staff and Vets, Jane is amazing and always sorts my cat when he's done something to himself or something unknown like currently he's had an allergy thats been going on months up to now he's back to normal, she also solved his facial paralysis couple years back found a huge abcess and lanced it and cleaned it recommended to anyone x

Sadly had to take my girl as she was poorly, the young man who met me there after hours was very kind and explained what was wrong with her. I had to let her go . The kindness the vet showed me was great I had time to say goodbye and was with her, there was no rush. I recommend this practice very good.

Never mind the pet care....the staff drive dangerously fast by the cutting which is by a primary school. Also, two members of staff were exceptionally rude to me whilst I stood waiting for school to open.My daughter who is only 6 yrs old went into school in tears. It's a zero star from me from the off. Learn how to train your staff in social skills please!!

Yearly vaccines but at 108 pounds hard on my pocket.

Incredibly caring and professional. Church Walk is without doubt the best Veterinary Practice I have ever been to and my dogs are always super cared for. I love the fact that they will totally listen to you when you are describing the problems you may be experiencing with your pet and you will then receive the very best advise and treatment. I have been with the practice for many years and shall certainly continue this way. Thank you so much.
