Amazing food, great efficient service.

I'm not that big a fan of casinos and don't gamble so find it hard to see the appeal of them. This place is perfectly fine I suppose and the facilities were clean. It has an alright bar, so is an alright place to go for a late drink.

We thought we would stop for drinks and a late dinner, but the receptionist was hassling the person who entered just before us. She ordered us to wait, and after several more minutes of being ignored, we gave up and left. The security/doorman was nice, at least.

Good place to go for late night drinks, cozy place, only one of the girl was not useful and arrogant.

My friends finished at work at 11pm, we wanted to have a drink and that was the reason why weren't allowed entry. I thought brilliant customer service was Grosvenor's priority... Where the hell is your pickle?
