I had an amazing experience with Florentia at Grosvenor Casino, St Giles! The food and beverage service was outstanding, with every dish served fresh and flavorful. She was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and ensuring we were well taken care of. A perfect blend of great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere—highly recommended.

Been here thrice in the past 10 days. Super-friendly team members. My mum and I visit during non-busy hours and have a great time as the slot machines make our money last longer. We go with a planned amount to spend in a certain number of hours - good food, bonus spins and amazing hospitality make us stay, perhaps, for an hour more on each visit.

St Giles casino is an amazing visit when travelling to London, staff and service are excellent and a special mention to Florentine from Romania as she was very friendly and was very quick and efficient.

Lovely night with Florentina & Micheal, would highly recommend it to friends & family.

Service was very poor. Coffee & Sandwiches order where prepared & delivered by the toilet cleaner.  Have to be very alert for the payouts in the card game. They behave like duffers & try to cheat in paying by saying that odds are changed recently and we are not familiar. And than comes the beautiful word SORRY
