The pub has a good selection of beers and the food was served until fairly late at night which was good. Had a pleasant atmosphere and a good selection of sports on the television. Annoying that if you were at upstairs and ordered an ale it had to be pulled downstairs.
Great place to go to watch your team, even if you're from the States. Book in advance but they'll give you a section of the large pub, and they even have a laptop if you need access to an online account to watch a sport from outside the UK. Staff is generally young and not the most attentive, but definitely OK for what you're looking for. For the UK, the wings are fantastic.
Cheesecake is to die for! The rest of the food I had was good quality pub food which I enjoyed. Being located in central London is very reasonably priced pub. Definitely would recommend especially if you are sport lover!
We had dinner this evening, ordered calamari to start which came cold. We sent back the Calamari only to wait 40 minutes without an update on its whereabouts, when we approached the waitress to enquire she said: ''When I told the Chef he said he didn't want to make you another one.'' Appalled.
Surprisingly quiet given where it is. Nice enough bar with OK service and prices. Has several screens for things to watch. Standard semi sports bar for central London. Good if it is quiet.
Got the meal offer with a show. Just bad food. Grill?? Microwave everything from melted cheese on my burger, to the shitty garlic bread starter. Chips and Onion Rings were pretty good though.
Polite door staff, lots of TVs to get a good view, good selection of drinks and fast service. This is my new go to place to watch sport in Central London.
This was the worst bar in London. My Husband and I waited forever for the hostess to seat us at a table. While waiting, we noticed three employees standing around, but no one acknowledged us. We stayed to give the place a fair shot. Four beers and £34 later, we didn't bother to stay longer.
It took forever to be seated and then acknowledged by any of the 3 waiters that passed by us. The fries tasted like fish, and some of the plates were questionably clean.
Great of you want to watch a game, screens everywhere. We tried ordering the beef roast on Sunday but they told us they hadn't ordered any for that day which was a dissapointment.
