Nice cosy Casino, which has two floors. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Nice choices for gambling. The food choices are decent, tasty and the value for money; 3 course meal for £12.95 and the portions sizes are hearty. Non- alcoholic drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks) are free when ordered at the bar or while gambling. Shame there is no free parking like the other one near by, though it is in the heart of the town centre. Stating the obvious here, but you have to be over 18, though not so obvious if it is your first time there - you will have to join as a member (which is free though may require a few extra minutes, so remember to bring ID). Dress code: I believe smart casual, though try not to wear shorts or flip flops; they could refuse entry.

Food was pretty good, better than expected. Misunderstood what we were getting for our £30 a head. Not £20 worth of tokens (given the strong likelihood we would lose it all anyway it didn't seem that far-fetched) but one 20p bet with a minute possibility of winning £20! Didn't bother to use mine. Someone had binned the cocktail instructions so really long wait while they tried to work out how to make them - but 50% discount on drinks by way of apology.

Friendly staff and atmosphere OK. Not the most snazzy but a pleasant enough casino.
