From signing on to leaving all the staff were polite and friendly. Quiet when we arrived around 21:30 on a Friday but much busier when we left astound midnight.  My only gripe is that the bar staff wouldn’t let me order a soft drink at the bar, they suggested I get a free one once I was playing something. But no-one ever approached me for a drink order!

Excellent restaurant. Really good friendly service, good quality food, overlooking the casino, I did not use the casino only restaurant.

I caught COVID here. B*stards.  Overall, after 2 visits, I am up £3,90.  Some of the gamblers get quite aggressive. Quite a tense environment overall.  Drinks were reasonable. Food was hit and miss.  3 stars.

didn't have a good time in here. Sat at the table with my partner minding our own business and some Polish bloke starts hanging over me, whilst having a go at the dealer. told him to get off me and he gave me a jab in the face. I didn't wanna cause a scene and thought maybe security would deal with it. how wrong I was. After much conversation between security and the bloke they allowed him back at the table to apologise... should have dealt out my own justice. manager not fit to run a burgerking.

Nowhere near as good as it used to be. Very quiet bar area and not a great atmosphere.

Why aren't there any casinos in Africa? Because there are too many cheetahs   We had a great night gambling

Turned up after many years of enjoyment of the casino and. Was very disappointed No atmosphere and quiet I don’t gamble Cable But   I Went with with a few friends Absolute  waste of time rude and threatening behaviour towards us all will never go there’re again when I left I asked them to remove me from them membership list worst night out in 10 years don’t waste your time with them spend your money else wear it

Went with friends for a meal. Food was good. All staff throughout evening were polite, friendly & helpful. Very impressed

They are bunch of scammers!! I entered their car park by mistake during day time as I was looking to find the venue to drop my kid to a birthday party event next door and I was slapped with a fine of £100. There wasn't enough sign to suggest it has any parking restrictions. I will definately avoid going there ever and spread my words.
