Casions have come on a long way since the 90s! The fit out was like being in a modern vegas casino, as good a service you'd get in the uk. Thumbs up from me.

What a bad new years eve been here most new years eve but this was the worst don't realy know what you pay ten pounds each for to get in used to have music and a Buffett. They ran out of draught lager realy it's new year they had hiennekin lager that was so expensive.Think all they care about is taking more money from you and not giving you anything in return.

Excellent place for my daughters to spend their parents money, staff very friendly with a wide range of shops.

If I could give it a zero I would. The management has worse training than their staff. Pathetic pathetic experience. Disgusting really.

Used to be a great Casino with a great atmosphere and it was always busy. Lately I've noticed that its started to attract less of a crowd. Especially when they got rid of the entertainment (the show bar). Lately I realised why its been dieing out during the week. The new staff are always inviting. But its been ruined by the staff that have been there a long time as they are incredibly rude and uninviting. I see this place getting the same fate as the Casino in Southsea if they keep up with the poor service. I hope management read these reviews, as I won't be going back and nor will most of my family and friends unless they improve their service. Please read and sort out the poor service. It would be nice to see this place back to its former glory.
