The hotel staff were excellent today when my mother was taken ill. They promptly called for an ambulance and were so kind and caring. We had finished the meal and it was very good. We have eaten there many times and have always been happy with the meal, decor and service - particularly so today when we needed help with mum. We left them with a lot of clearing up to do that they didn't complain about at all. Thank you to everyone at the Harbour Hotel Chichester especially Emmy and all the restaurant staff and management. Highly recommended.

An atmospheric old 200 years building, but the rooms are modern with superb en-suite bathrooms.  Located on the edge of the town centre, a ten minute walk gets you wherever you want to go. All the staff were lovely, but special mention has to be made of Alice, in the HarSpa.  My wife and I both had massages, and Alice was brilliant.  We both felt so relaxed and revitalised afterwards it was the uplifting moment of our stay.

Stayed in room 10.nThe room was lovely, however significantly smaller than the same grade of room my family members stayed in.nI wouldn't recommend this room when there's an event on in the hotel, as this room is directly above the event space. There's no sound proofing between floors, so the disco music was extremely loud in the room. The floor was vibrating with the loud bass and the music and DJ could very clearly be heard. There was no chance of enjoying the room until the music stopped - not great for the price paid! Reception staff were sympathetic, but unable to provide any help - this is clearly a known problem.nOther hotel facilities are lovely, but I wouldn't stay again.

Comfortable hotel with very clean rooms and dining room. The bar area looks a bit tired but staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is very well positioned for exploring Chichester which is a lovely city.

Me and my wife had our wedding breakfast and reception here on Saturday and I can honestly say I'm very glad I made the choice to have it here.nI think first i have to mention The service from the hotel staff and especially megan  she's amazing  and her  whole team were outstanding with the professional quick service we were given!  They were all very polite and attentive  excluding  the very rude gentleman at reception during Friday day time!!! nThe food was top standard for a wedding also, thank you! A few things wrong with the room we were given at number 14 but hopefully after explaining the little issues to reception, she will sort for next customer. Thank you all again for hosting for us :
