I had gel overlays done at The Cove for a special occasion and I am very disappointed with the result… after cutting and filing the nails I had to ask her to redo some nails as they were not the same length or shape… the therapist didn’t do the cuticules on my nails before applying the gel and as a result the edges of the nails are not neatly done. I mentioned it to the therapist and she said that they are not doing cuticules as part of gel overlay service… I have had gel nails done many times before in other places and this has always been done…. It has not even been a week yet and the gel overlay is starting to lift and come off around the edges already…. Not recommended and I feel like there are much better places in Hitchin to get gel nails done!Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I had a lovely back, neck and shoulder massage from freya. As someone who is also in the beauty industry I felt that she was very professional and knew what she was doing and felt very relaxed even though it was a firm pressure, would 100% go back again!!Service:&nbsp;Skin treatments

My daughter was very anxious about having her treatment , but all the staff were so patient and good with her. Right from the start with the extremely helpful , knowledgeable receptionist, and fabulous customer service to even remembering my daughters name straight away when we next popped in, and giving helpful reassurance to her. Thank you so much. Excellent truly highly recommend.

They sold me 2 new products that had an expiry date in the next 2/3 months that I had never tried before. When I went back and told them I was not happy that the expiry was so close because I had never used these products they just said I will definitely use it that quickly - all companies reduce the cost of products that are expiring soon. Terrible customer service and products are cheaper to buy from the environ website. I would never return!Service:&nbsp;Skin treatments

Superb SPA experience this afternoon. Skye is very professional and great person. An asset to the company. If only service was this good everywhere we make purchases. Excellent facilities too. Thank you and see you again
