I received excellent treatment at Greyfriars Dental Practice November 2022. I experienced an entirely painless tooth extraction and I was given superb advice on aftercare and on my ongoing treatment options. Members of staff were all reassuring, and extremely kind. This is an outstanding dental practice and I strongly commend it to nervous patients and/or to anyone seeking especially considerate and very particular dental care.
I recently visited Greyfriars with an emergency dental issue. Unlike many practices, I found the staff to be friendly, approachable and accommodating - remarkably, they managed to squeeze me in on the day I phoned. Joe the dentist was clearly a highly competent evidently had a passion for his job, making light work of my relatively complex dental issue. Joe also had a friendly and pleasant yet professional manner which inspired confidence. Visiting the dentist can be quite daunting and is often best avoided for many people, but Joe did an excellent job of putting me at ease throughout. I couldn't recommend Joe or the team more highly.
Joe is fantastic! Best dentist I've ever had. Always is really helpful, full of advice and thoughtful with me considering I don't like going to the dentist. 100% would recommend!
I’ve tried various clinics across the westmidlands but dr.Jo is something esle. Super caring genuine and considerate dentist, he is really highly skilled and confident. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and wont be exaggerating if i say it was painless experience. The staff are very friendly and sweet unlike many other clinics. I managed to book an appoitment in 2 days no matter how jammed dental clinics are, they did their best to fit me in their busy schedule. To everyone who assessed me today, many many thanks :
My wife and I are so grateful to Dr. Joe and the team at Greyfriars Dental. They always put the patient at ease, give full explanations, listen and understand your needs and concerns and above all remove any underlying fears and anxieties that you may have. A ‘top’ team who I thoroughly recommend.
Just been for my first routine check up with Joe since Ian retired. Always been a lovely, friendly dental practice and Joe is obviously continuing this on. Informative and relaxed visit. Thank you to all the team.
