Very friendly staff and a dental team that made me feel incredibly comfortable and well looked after. I have always been a bit of a nervous patient when it comes to Dentists but Dr Kaur was very good to talk me through every step of my treatment, and I am more than happy with the results so far

Manny dentist was great, took time to explain what work was needed and why,  Cat was very thorough but not rough as some hygienists can be.  Friendly staff, seems like it would be a nice please to work.

I've been with Argo for nearly two decades, starting in Telford and now in Shrewsbury. The unwavering professionalism and warm service consistently wow me. Not one to relish dentist visits, I must admit, this practice almost makes it an enjoyable experience. Kudos to the dentists and hygienists for their top-notch skills and expertise!

Colossally rude and uncaring reception staff. The whole venture feels like it exists for the benefit of the staff alone. There are far nicer surgeries nearby - I suggest you use them instead.

Just thought I’d share my good experience with everyone. Well looked after and warmly welcomed today by Jazz, Sarah and Ami. It is extremely good value compared to the competition and if you can live without the fancy building and waiting room, you’ll get the same treatment here for less

Hygienist is great cleaned my teeth very well and dentist is good as well

Only updating as had 2 fillings done today. All the staff where brilliant the dentist was brilliant I can't remember the ladies name sorry and I think chloe I think again excellent. Many thanks

Writing to the Dental Complaints Service DCS to start the process of claiming costs for further treatment, plus contacting the Care Quality Commission CQC in relation to the beyond poor treatment.  Details:  Mum came to have a filling £160 even though she didn't even need an injection to numb it - had pain ever since went back & he took it out with a charge of £90.  Whilst he was taking out the tooth he broke half   of the tooth next to it - his resolution was to 'fill a bit of it in'.  Again she was in pain, went back the next day for the practice manager to say  'it was an accident' no apology and no offer of putting it right - was told initially if she wanted an appointment that day she would have to pay an emergency treatment fee!!  When mum was eventually seen , another dentist told her that she should have had a crown or a root filling to rectify the other dentists 'mistake ' and not just fill a bit of it in. Said she would refer her to the specialist.  The practice manager then rang after mum left and had the audacity to tell her she would have to pay for any more treatment she has with the specialist or with another dentist there!!!! Even though she's only having the further treatment because of HIS error.  Heard nothing about referral and no offer of rectifying the error I. E. Crown without charge or compensation for the below par standard treatment, stress and pain she's still in. I have tried to ring as mum is so upset but all I get is a refusal to speak to me because it's not me having to the treatment.

Worst I have ever experienced. In four years 4 different dentists and between them I am left needing £4000 of repairs. Avoid.

First class service and treatment! Recommend to anyone. I hate dentists but was quickly put at ease by the staff, nurse and dentists
