Friendly staff good food and the air con in the seating area is nice on a hot day

This was our second visit. On the first visit, the service was flawless - warm and welcoming. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the second. No smiles, no welcome from the staff member who served us. However, we did have some interaction with a young lady with a darker complection: friendly, attentive, and helpful...this is how it should be done.

The best Greggs in the UK. The friendlest staff, great customer service and super quick. They deserve an award!!!! Unlike the Llanwrthwl franchise. Let's not even go there, no really, let's not.
