5 out of 5 times I've popped in now there has been a stupid lack of vegetarian options. Always with the excuse they have run out. The first couple of times I understood but its really angered me now. Won't be bothering again.

Best Greggs i've been in. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Professional service and decent sausage rolls!

At the end of 2017 Greggs stowmarket was closed whilst it was extensively remodelled with a new lay out. It's a great improvement, giving more space for waiting customers, better access to their comestables in the chiller compartments, and sporting a wider range of rolls too. i always find something tasty to eat and ready to go, washed down with decent reasonably priced coffee. Every so often it's nice to treat yourself to eating in using their free WiFi.

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Good selection of snack baked goods, rolls and sandwiches at fair prices. Staff meant well but didn't serve hot chocolate as asked nor took on board notice of a cutlery hygiene concern.
