Shocking, again this is twice in two weeks no large cups and never any egg just a vacant apology. Who doesn't have large cups at this sort of place....or bloody egg honestly it's shambolic. Edit oh and mocha doesn't taste as good as it used to either in my SMALL cup pfft
Nice staff, good prices and selection, never had an issue getting warm pasties or the particular one I'm after. Typical Greg's prices reasonable. Spot on for lunch
The only food and drink on the shelves were water, orange juice and 1 salad and a few steak bakes. Stood in the queue for 10 minutes until I realised there's nothing to order when I get to the till so I went to mcdonalds instead. Poor girl on the till couldn't serve the customers in a timely manner never mind stock the shelves and bake some food
Always excellent for us and Jess who and when she serves us is brilliant. Our drinks are always waiting for us, amazing lady and so hard working and very friendly. These are the people you need in establishments like this. She works in Gregg's at EG Garages, Whitebirk services. To Gregg's , my advice is look after her, these people are few and far between Mrs O'Brien
New modern store, good coffee and lots of choice. Limited parking, can get busy

Great place for a normal priced coffee and a hot sausage barm it can get quite busy at times staff are always doing there best but I feel a pay rate of more than just over the mimum wage would be a great help..so good food drinks etc and staff are always friendly and helpful..
Very slow service and the toilet was filthy, not been cleaned in a long while
