I asked for a cheese & onion bake. We repeated the order twice in the drive thru and the worker repeated it back twice as well. He even confirmed our order at the window. As we drove off I opened the cheese onion bake packet and broke a piece off and all I could smell was meat. They gave me the wrong item after the order was confirmed a total of 5 times between ourselves and the worker

Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of seating available. Must be quite a busy branch because a lot of items were sold out.

Honestly to say it's the first drive through, my cappuccino literally tastes like treacle, this has occurred multiple times nowadays honestly tastes like cheap treacle coffee

As soon as I walked in store, one of the workers Tom shouted at his colleague who had walked in late due to the traffic on a Friday. I don't think it's nice shouting at staff in front of customers for being late!

Used the drive-through. Quick and painless. Would definitely recommend.... if you're a Greggs fan.
