I asked for a cheese & onion bake. We repeated the order twice in the drive thru and the worker repeated it back twice as well. He even confirmed our order at the window. As we drove off I opened the cheese onion bake packet and broke a piece off and all I could smell was meat. They gave me the wrong item after the order was confirmed a total of 5 times between ourselves and the worker

Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of seating available. Must be quite a busy branch because a lot of items were sold out.

Slowest greggs I’ve been to. Every time we go, always waiting at least 15 minutes to be seen whether in store or drive thru . Always good selection

The lady at the window who serves on a morning is 10/10. She is super lovely to not only me, but to my children too. She's on the ball with serving food and always polite. We all love a greggs breakfast and the customer service makes the experience much better. I drive past two greggs just to go to this one because she makes me feel so comfortable and addresses my kids with so much joy and respect.

Popped in this morning for a couple of breakfast baps. They were cooked fresh so didn’t mind waiting and the vibes were good !! Great choice of radio station! Lairiub gave outstanding service and is a credit to the front of house very cheerful and kept me entertained whilst I waited !
