Kids love the pretzels, especially vanilla. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely terrible staff, beyond unreal, no people's skills at all. Looked like they didn't even know what they doing, spent the whole time chatting to someone. Absolutely disgusting.

i ordered some pretzel bites with white choclate sauce and after waiting 20 mins i was presented to them with "milk choclate" i said i asked for white choclate and proceded to ask if i would just like both so i agreed as i was getting impatient, once walking away i realised it was nutella, i wasnt warned of this which is very irresponsible as i could have suffered a nut allergy. disapointed
