Absolutely brilliant service from this company! Bought, for us, an expensive awning and other bits and bobs from them and the service and care of attention to make sure we had the right awning that fitted out budget was exceptional. No pressure or heavy sales patter. We then had a look at the caravans and saw some real beauties for which were all presented immaculately and very neatly. You can just tell they know what they are doing and have for years and years but haven’t lost the personal touch to make sure we we’re happy before we spent our money. Brilliant! We’re planning a trip back within the next month to have another look at the caravans. My father bought a van from these guys and he also has never had an issue with them. Thanks Greentrees! You have my custom.

Over the years we have bought one used and two new caravans from Greentrees and have always had good service. We took delivery of our new caravan in March and are delighted with it. However on the second trip away we had a big problem with the waste pipe coming away and swamping the under sink cupboard. Greentree staff got in immediate touch with their travelling engineer, who came promptly to fix the problem and thereby allowed us to continue to enjoy our holiday. We have always found the staff friendly and helpful and particularly enjoy our chats with Hayley

I feel we were conned, were thinking of buying a motor home and Greentrees offered try before you buy which we thought was a good idea, other places for a Friday to Monday hire were £200 - £250 low season Greentree £387, we were promised a 4 birth motor home and that someone would call us a week before we hired this never happened, we ended up calling them to be told we either had to cancel our arrangements or take a different motor home , we were slightly annoyed but opted for a two birth as the other one we offered we did not like. We arrived and were offered at an extra cost of £189 additional insurance (we felt this was too expensive and declined) the motor home itself was fine, however unfortunately some idiot over took us hitting the wing mirror which cracked the mirror on the drivers side, he then did not stop, which was very nice of him. Upon returning the vehicle we informed Greentrees what had happened and were willing to pay for a new mirror, the young lady went off to find her boss who then went to get a price not to return, we were left there like lemons waiting for him to return when we asked the young lady what was going on she then looked very embarrassed and said her boss had to go out and he had text her and told her to charge £232 and to get the money before we left the premises, I asked to see the manager but as stated he had left without even coming back to us. We reluctantly we paid and asked for Marc the boss to call us which he did not I had to phone him so when I complained about the price and the fact that he had gone without coming back to us he stated that's what I pay staff for and that is the price. As I said feel totally conned and would not recommend them at all

Having purchased our second New Caravan from Greentrees recently we can only praise the staff for their patience and service in all of our dealings. With the latest purchase we experienced a problem with water pump on our first trip away. (Part malfunction, manufacturer fault). On contacting Greentrees on a Bank holidays they dispatched Jarred to visit us on Site to fix the problem. Our experience of the sales and service team has over the last five years been excellent even if there have been hiccups with the vans they have always resolved them to our full satisfaction and with politeness and courtesy.

Brought a caravan a few weeks ago and because we couldn't pick it up for about a month they stored it for us. Dan has been very helpful when we have rung him with a few queries we have had and delivered the caravan to the site as we do not have a tow bar fitted at the moment. Also we had a faulty inlet valve that Sean came and replaced on his way home from work.
