I sent an email about cleaning issues and having concerns regarding gas heater. I was sent a reply soon stating they were taking on board my complaints and will get back to me within 7 days, to which they did, offering me money off an early arrival if i chose to stay with them again. Thus, not taking into considering my complaints made at the time of my stay. All they need to do is make sure the cleaning, specially the carpet are clean. Plus, make sure the gas heaters are updated!! I've read the other negative reviews and wish for my review not to be replied to by Emma, from 2C holidays, as she has already unsatisfactorily replied to mine.

I have booked two holidays with 2 c holidays - one to Wild Duck in 2014 and one to Seashore in 2017. The booking process is very easy and it is good to be able to book the dates you want rather than the standard 3 or 4 nights. The prices are fantastic and the caravans are immaculate. I stayed with my children in a diamond rate caravan both times and the caravans were spacious and clean. I had one query this year before arriving and I telephoned the office who were very helpful. I am planning on booking a holiday with them this year and have recommended them to friends.

Had a holiday at Christmas on eagle site.didn't expect too much just clean tidy just average somewhere to rest easy.caravan not cleaned all saucepans rusted,bathroom cabinet rusted toilet holder all rust.walls dirty carpet dirty. Washed walls for them bought carpet cleaner. TV did not work.got moved Xmas evening when should have been settling down for a nice evening. Very poor by their team as no services in caravan checked.I no prude but expect a certain standard.I'm sure some people found other caravans been good but this was a disaster.if you would like the pictures I will make them available to you.they will be posted online shortly.hope none of you will be let down like this so beware.I think mark should take charge of the company as Emma is in no way capable of understanding customers and supplying what is written on the tin.

Great location. Clean and well equipped caravan. We had a wonderful time. The customer service is amazing. They gave us a brand new TV to use. Lots of things were provided. We were so happy, we went twice!

I cannot praise 2c Holidays highly enough. The staff are polite friendly and professional, they will always go the extra mile to ensure your dealings with them are easy and stress free. I have been with them for the last 12 months and they are one the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. They handle the rental of my holiday home and every time it runs smoothly. Any problem or situation from a holiday makers point of view is dealt with swiftly and efficiently. They are definitely a 5 star company.
