Great selection of carpets. Found what I wanted at a good price. Free measure up service. The carpet fitters Greenmount arranged for me were brilliant! Very happy customer.
Wow! Absolutely delighted with the service I have had! I went in on Bank holiday Monday, chose my carpet for the bedrooms. They managed to persuade a lovely professional carpet fitter to do it on the Friday afternoon of that same week as we had all our stuff coming back from storage on the following Monday. I left it all too late. I admit. But they totally helped me out and really went the extra mile. So thank you guys. I really appreciate it. It looks amazing too. Very happy! Helen.
Great service from Ryan who helped me with bathroom vinyl. He was very helpful and honest. It was easy to arrange getting it fitted by Alan.nnExcellent range to choose from too, at a sensible price.
Very pleased with Greenmount Carpets. We have bought from them before and have always found them friendly and helpful and with good prices too. This time we had carpets throughout our bungalow and they arranged dates for the fitting, with Alan Gellatly and his team doing the fitting. The old carpets were taken up and the new carpets were soon fitted. They worked efficiently and did a good job. I would use them again.
I went in to choose carpets last weekend. I was told the fitter would be here some time yesterday and would call prior to coming. I stayed home the whole day waiting for him. Nothing. No phone call, no reply to the 4 calls I made to Greenmount, no response from two emails to them! This company is rubbish. They obviously don’t want the business. AVOID!!!
