Had gone in there with a couple of friends just to have a look around and a staff member named Jojo had approached us and told us to get out. We were looking around and had just exited the toy and seasonal isle and she was there and told us to get out if we were not buying. We are not happy about this and a parent had spoken to her and she said that she felt guilty. LIER she had made many customers uncomfortable and upset. It's not fair on the people who are spending there weekend around town like I had done. Please teach your staff to be polite to anyone and keep them undercontroll!!
Went in there with my friends and a worker approached us saying how we were messing around and basically shouted at us she said”IF YOU ARENT GOING TO BUY ANYTHING GET OUT” we were not messing around and she didn't even see what we were doing we were looking at the halloween stuff she has shouted at many people before especially kids for “messing around” it has completely ruined mine and my friends day! Please fix this and control your horrible staff!!!

Well stocked shop with really good availability of the products sold in store. Staff approachable and friendly. Not as much variety as some other stores within the chain but it is a smaller store than some of the others
I always find Poundland to be well run, staff very friendly and helpful. Plentiful stock. Use it frequently and consistency is the same. Well done.
Visit regularly for bird food. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Shelves orderly and good variety of products.
Always worth a look lots of bargains and surprises. Friendly staff too.. especially Ruth, she's so happy and helpful whenever she serves me
Last minute stop to finish off the boys Egyptian project, handy having the crafts section as it's common for the boy to drop the bombshell of needing something for the next morning at school. Plus I always grab a couple cans of fizz to guzzle on the way home as a reward to myself.
It's a pound... you find things backwards. Elves with three arms and one leg. Things that arnt a pound and lottery tickets from pound land. Never thought you'd get those. Don't expect to win. Good deals on some things but makes good cheap gifts for people just check what you buy. Three legs is a novelty to some or and inconvenience to those receiving
Good selection of products. BUT some things are cheaper elsewhere, you have to watch out for smaller than usual items. So not always value for money.
