delivery came when exxpected, but I had requested it be delivered to the back of my house (which is very accessable). I was out when they delivered; six cardboard boxes containing the compost ordered were dumped (possibly thrown) in front of my front door so I could not get in without struggling to move these extremely heavy boxes. I am 81 and found it quite distressing. Wont buy from them again.
