This florist did such a fantastic job with the pop of pink bouquet I ordered for a friend, the flowers are beautiful and she absolutely loves it! The service was great too, I made a mistake when i ordered online but when I called they quickly sorted it out and delivered with no problems.

Finally got the chance to pop into YLF and I wasn’t disappoint . I really enjoyed my visit and can’t wait to go back . Highly recommend the selsey florist  for beautiful unique arrangements for your home or as gifts.

Very poor arrangement for my uncle’s funeral. Totally different colour to what I asked for and very very small.   When I complained I was told to email them with my bank details for a refund. That was 4 weeks ago.  Still no refund and they haven’t  bothered to acknowledge any of my 3 emails.  They have now blocked me on Facebook so I cannot comment.   Beware if ordering for a funeral, if they think you won’t be attending, you will most definitely be ripped off.

Still waiting to hear back from this florist about the chocolates that DIDN'T arrive with the flowers. Despite sending a few emails, just no response from them. Extremely unprofessional and really poor customer service.

Excellent service, ordered 8pm and delivered afternoon next day. Flowers looked fresh and the chocolates were very acceptable

I ordered some flowers for my wife's birthday - there was a very slight error with the flowers that were delivered - I contacted the florist via their contact page - without even needing to chase the florist sent out some chocolates and more flowers the next day - proving any business can make an error but it's how they react and how they put things right that determines how much they care - well done The Selsey Florist proving ordering from local businesses always gets you the best service.  I have moved from an unhappy customer to an advocate :-

Ordered & paid for bouquet of flowers £70 next day delivery for a lady who's mum passed away. No flowers delivered, no email, no phone call... Nothing !!!. Thanks for letting me down guys. I will never give you my custom again

Fantastic service. Delivery driver was friendly and prompt. The flowers look amazing. And the free chocolates are a bonus! Posh chocs too, not some Happy Shopper stuff! Thank you.

I have used The Selsey Florist  for the last 3 years. They provide an outstanding service and the flowers are gorgeous. I will definitely come back again.

They created a bespoke basket of 80 roses for my mums 80th Birthday along with balloons. A beautiful basket! Mum was thrilled! Great service from quotation, to sending sample pictures of the flowers and then photos of the finished basket arrangement.
