Since posting this poor review, Eirica, Florest delivered a replacement bouquet of flowers. These were of a much better quality and were much appreciated. Bouquet of spring flowers left on gravel by doorstep. I was away for week-end and when I found them on my return, they were virtually dead. I have reported this to Erica's but have heard nothing. Certainly could not recommend this florist.

After a reccomendation from a friend, I approached Erica's to provide flowers for my wedding and I'm so glad I did! I had found an image of a bouquet online which I took into the shop and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. I was speechless when I saw my bouquet. It was stunning and exactly what I wanted, if not better. In fact, whenever we show anyone our wedding photos, the bouquet is always the first thing they comment on! The table centrepieces were also beautiful and we were able to give them away as gifts at the end of the day, which was a lovely touch. They even made a wand for my 2 year old daughter who was our flower girl. I can't fault Erica's customer service or the quality of their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends - I certainly won't be going anywhere else for flowers from now on. Thank you Erica's!!

I have been ordering flowers from Erica's for the last 6 years or so including Mother's Day, thank you flowers and birthdays and have never been disappointed. The customer service received is always exceptional and the flowers are stunning. Plus, they last forever too. The thought that goes into each order is phenomenal and each order I have placed has always felt so personalised. I have also been on the receiving end of flowers from the shop and was delighted with them. All in all, a fab florist and I wouldn't even think about ordering flowers from anywhere else!

You have just delivered the most fantastic summer bouquet. I'm so sorry but I was quite taken aback at the delivery that I didn't compliment your delivery lady. The flowers are really really beautiful. They were sent to cheer us all up after a very hard few weeks. These are so good for my soul right now. You've done an awesome job.
