Miles and Paul have looked after our dogs for 10 years now, through some periods of serious illness and injury. We cannot speak too highly of them, and of the support staff. It's clear that they care very much for the animals personally, not just as a professional duty and they are always very good at explaining diagnoses and procedures. Highly recommended.
Our elderly cat was cared for by kind people. He was examined fully and came home with a definite diagnosis. Thanks to them.

Moved my dog here from another large vets in Shotton. Lovely vets.
Not happy with the Service at all! Took my dog there for grooming service. They had nearly shaved all of my dogs fur off, then left her there in a cage and didn’t contact to tell us she was ready. To then pick her up, get home and find she has sliced my dogs ear! Not even told us about it then to blame it on the dog. Never would I use any of the services again. Very disappointed
Miles is so patient and explains things just how the individual needs it. Would highly recommend always. Poppy sends her regards woof
