Fantastic veterinary group. Covering their own out of hours. The support staff are helpful and friendly. The veterinary surgeon we saw Andy was professional, informative and approachable. The practice was clean and inviting. Parking is great.nTheir pricing is more than fair and the services they offer are comprehensive.nnI feel completely at ease knowing my dog is being looked after by them.nnIf I could award more stars I would!
Signed up to the Pet Plan for the cats, check ups are in Connah's Quay centre however dropped my little mates here for neutering. Staff are friendly and welcoming.nnDropped cats off in the morning and was told they could be collected only when they're happy with their condition after surgery which was reassuring.nnKept in touch in the weeks following to ask of any concerns I may have and to see if the cats were ok.nnCats are doing great. Thank you
Fantastic vets, I really can't fault them. Really kind people, all medical staff and front of house. Never waiting on the phone long, if at all, and then appointments are readily available too. On top of this they're really reasonable when it comes to price, and incredibly knowledgeable and good at explaining things to you. Have had great care for all three of my little chumps when they've ended up there.
I have met most of the vets in consults with my dog over the years.... From Andy, Sophie, Harry, Vicki, Jim, Jordan and my Daisy's favourite Jack. What a lovely team. All the nurses are lovely also and must not be forgot and last but not least all the receptionists. Ange at flint always gives the dogs a fuss and Daisy actually sees it as a day out as she has been under these guys since she was only weeks old and she is now nearly 16 yrs old. With a lot of love from me and the care from booking appointments to the consults/treatment from these guys, Daisy is in good hands
