I'm writing this review with mixed feelings. On one hand, this place deserves the absolute best review; on the other, I just don't want people to discover it. Very selfish of me yes, but this is one of the few in Dublin where you still can 1 have an amazing brunch and 2 just arrive and know you will have a table available, without having to wait hours or reserve two weeks in advance. We love coming here for the food try the Sunshine Breakfast or the Avo Toast!, the drinks expect all those trendy drinks from matcha, to Pumpkin Spice Latte, Ginger latte, etc and the service. The service is most likely the best in town! Our weekend would not be the same without Green Fox!
I have been there for brunch and it was good. I ate an avacado on toast and it was delicious. However, I think it might be bigger. Orange juice was fresh and tasty. Thanks.
Super friendly and helpful staff! We went there as a group of 8 with a baby. I ordered the meaty breakfast, a bit overpriced for an Irish breakfast given the portion size. However, the sausage is delicious. Others on the table ordered the Avocado chicken sandwich and enjoyed it a lot. We'll definitely visit again.
Ate here yesterday morning. As it is dog friendly I brought ours in along with my 10 month old in a buggy. It was just as the staff had opened up at 8am however, the food avocado on sourdough arrived very quickly and was absolutely delicious. Spoke briefly with the chef and the barista who made the nicest coffee I’ve ever had and both of them could not have been nicer. Well done lads
Beautiful and peaceful place for coffee and brunch. Tasty fresh wraps. Tried the halloumi wrap, chips and latte.
We had a great experience today at Green café. The place was just opened when we got there and chairs and tables from outside were inside already. They kept the focus on clients and when they finished serving us they looked after chairs and tables. Some places would do different and let you waiting, which is stupid. It's nice to see people with focus on helping people. They were lovely and the food was amazing. My pancakes were prepared fresh and I loved them so much. They told about the app and the discount for the next time. 10 out 10 from beginning to end. . I'm definitely going back.
Always a miss to be honest, got avocado toast with bearly any avocado, poached eggs was one poached and a boiled egg. Super spicy was too much. Went on a Sunday before at 12 peak brunch time and they ran out of the whole menu. avoid
Had a gorgeous brunch here recently with my husband and two kids 2 and 4. Chris, who was working there was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will for sure be back. Kid-friendliness: Went early before the weekend madness and was ideal with the kids. The staff were happy for them to roam about.
Good food, good coffee, superb service. They changed their food menu recently: quality is good, prices are the usual €15 per person or so. The space is lovely and suits the vibe of Harold's Cross neighborhood. One can easily sit here with a book or a laptop for a while, which is nice.
I visited this place only yesterday for the first time and it is so so good. Upon arrival you are greeted by extremely friendly staff who are knowledgeable in the different options. I went for the, 'Bacon, mushroom and spring onion' and it is amazing, image attached. As you can see the sandwich is presented in such a thoughtful and caring way. Please visit as you won't be disappointed.
