I'll preface this by saying my oat flat latte was divine, their roast is silky smooth. The brunch however left a lot to be desired. I had the avocado on toast and it was pitiful. Half an avocado on a bagel with hummus for €13 is outrageous. There were very few options for vegans in general too might I add.The feta and barley salad was a measly portion size too, it was basically just greens, the added accoutrements outlined on the menu were few and far between. Also the service was lacking, we had to grab our own menus after having been at our table for over 5 minutes without being greeted. I wouldn't mind if they were busy but there were only 2 other tables occupied at the time. We also had to hunt down salt and pepper as we were left to our own devices for the entirety of our meal. Considering all this, we felt it was pretty ridiculous that our waitress dared to ask if we'd like to tip upon paying.
Overall great brunch food at Five points. I will be coming back. My recommendation would would be to come in small groups based on the size of the restaurant.Recommended dishesScrambled Eggs, Breakfast BAP
Love the food and the staff are super friendly! They do seem to be a bit understaffed though so service was extremely slow - not the service staff's fault but still a bit annoying. Maybe it was just that particular day I went, the staff were very apologetic. It is a bit expensive too but I think it's worth it
Great pit stop for all things coffee. Wide selection of fresh beans to bring home and other stuff if needed. Wasn't a fan of the cookies, they were too crusty and almost salty for me, but I'm sure their pastries are worth a try. Their take away lattes come in small sizes but don't let that throw you - they still smooth and yummy.
Lovely cafe! Went here for Sunday brunch. Green hash was delicious, with a perfectly runny poached egg. Granola and rhubarb was very tasty too. Great coffee also. There is a kids menu and high chairs available. Good service and nice staff. We really enjoyed it. P.s. You are allowed to bring your dog inside the cafe.
Great tasting coffee and pastries - staff are always super nice and friendly. Definitely the place to go to kickstart your day.
I love 5points more than most. Consistent, good coffee. Easy to pull in outside to grab on the go too.
Incredibly friendly staff special mention for Jason who goes above and beyond. The food is great food and the chef never makes a fuss about ordering off menu. If you are in the area it would be a missed opportunity not to go here. 5 out of 5 without question.
Went here Sat 3rd Dec... had to leave a review because the staff were so unbelievably nice. I had my little boy with me and they blew me away with how kind they were. Wish I had asked for names now... Great place... coffee was fab and staff are outstanding thanks so much
Simply stunning food. Every ingredient was great but the combination of the piquant hot sauce with the creamy eggs and crunchy sourdough was fab. I grabbed some sweet treats to take with me as well and they were all great. I'll have to visit again to try more of the menu. All the staff were also massive sounders
