Story

Inspired by the Café Royal Cocktail Book compiled in 1937, the Green Bar at Hotel Café Royal is a vibrant cocktail destination for contemporary Londoners and hotel guests. Celebrating the diverse history of the location, the list features Botanicals and Tonics alongside classic cocktail concoctions and a selection of light lunch dishes and small plates.

The Botanicals and Tonics are the signature cocktails of the Green Bar where our expert bartenders can mix up the favoured G&T. Choose from a wide variety of handpicked gins and matching tonics.

Alongside the Botanicals & Tonics the iconic Absinthe experience is also available in the Green Bar. As the spirit of Café Royal is revived, so too is the ritual of drinking Absinthe, the favoured tipple of the bohemian intellects who notoriously frequented Café Royal throughout its history.

Attentive staff, lovely venue. A nice place for drinks if you're in the area.

Had a couple of cocktails and a G&T here, amazing service, very friendly and helpful, nice buzzy atmosphere. Drinks were disappointing, they looked great but lacked taste and alcohol!

Fine absinthe place in centrum of London. Servis know, what they offer, and that is really nice!

I just wanted to sip a Laphroaig... And talking with sweet Cecilia, she said I was right, but she suggested me other options... In the end i can say that Cecilia it's probably the best encounter on your way traveling through London, she's sweet and professional. You can't ask more

Convenient location for the theatre, interesting menu, lovely execution.

This was an amazing experience for myself and my daughter celebrating our birthdays. Staff were amazing and made our visit extra special. Highly recommend if your looking for a special place.

Cocktail was good. This place was awesome. Lots of beer to choose from. Their menu item was pretty delicious. Staff were nice.
