Not the best experience whatsoever, in fact absolutly shocking. Very dismissive of my problems and telling me they doubt I will get any help in the future

Nothing but lieing murderers, My step Mum died in Great oaks on the 06/08/2015. She had been sent from Scunthorpe general to great oaks, after being on chocolate build up as she was on medication which dried her saliva and closed her throat. She was awoken after been drugged up to the eye balls, to be asked what she would like for breakfast (she replied ice cream and chocolate) Sadly the partially qualified bank career decided she wanted toast. In which she hadn't had toast in 18 years. Sadly she choked on the toast dying at only age 50 (in the coroners court she denied all knowledge of ice cream even tho the day itself she had had given a police statement where said had asked point blankly but thought she was Been stupid) so we lost a valuable member of our family R.I.P PATRICIA hopefully the staff member grows a conscious and justice will be served (or she spends the rest of her life in regret and hopefully karma will serve it's Purpose)

been with this services a while and i have to say hull servces are better!! i disagree the way greatoaks runs things,,they dont realy have much understanding for people in need. in my exsperiance, they think they know u by a peice of papper.. when realy they should look at all your history..
