A good range of interesting local produce. Every time I go to Truro by car which is often, I make a point of buying interesting things to take back to London.

Everywhere should have a cornish food store! The coffee is good and the Rarebit is worth travelling from the other side of the country for!

lovely staff, all very helpful & knowledgable. Exceptional quality food, and interesting to boot.
food is not expensive, veg local and cheaper than neighbouring store, milk here is cheaper than in my corner shop!

Overpriced products with rude staff.  Great local produce, but at highly inflated prices compared to all the other local stockists.  The service I received at the checkout could not have been more 'not bothered' if she tried... the girl who was serving me actually stopped halfway through my transaction when another customer came along to ask where something was!  She walked off to help them leaving me waiting at the checkout.  Will definitely not be returning.  A bigger Waitrose store would be more useful.

As well as being a locally sourced food store, it also includes upmarket Cafe with high prices and high quality food.

Delicious breakfast, everything was served piping hot and within good serving times. 

The Cafe was a little busy but the staff coped well.
