The best place for lunch in Truro. Everything is freshly made and the ladies who work there are absolute gems. The perfect place for those who are looking for a truly local vibe. They almost make the best cappuccino!

My office is right in the centre of Truro, so we've sampled most of the local eateries and delis for lunches, snacks, coffees and whatnot. This is one of my favourites! Fresh, quality sandwiches - their crayfish / salad with a hint of ginger is delicious ... and some lovely home made soups. Would give them 5 stars - just think that they should have a loyalty card for food as well as drinks like some of their "competitors". That's me being picky - food way better than the usual "chains"!

The food here is always fresh and there's a lovely selection of sandwiches, cakes, salads and hot food too. All sorts of cold drinks and great coffee... I have one every day! All to be had in a fun and friendly atmosphere sitting inside or outside.

Very good food lush salads great paninis and the quiche was great too. And to boot the staff were cool also cheers guys
