The most helpful, friendly, efficient garage I have visited for many years. Diagnosed a persistent fault with my Shotgun in about ten minutes. A fault that had stumped two previous garages! Very impressed.

great service even though we did not purchase the car from them ,they have put up cheerfully with several phone calls from me about various matters and even notified me of a re call which i had absolutely no idea was on the car which they dealt with quickly and efficiently,i have had another re call dealt with by them in the same efficient manner i cannot recommend them enough ,tip take in a dog biscuit with you for the guard dogs and a cloth to finish the wash lol

Awful costumer service. I had query about a rear light on my overlander ,and on approaching the costumer services desk ,I was told to move back and respect privacy as there was a private conversation taking place.I understood this was customer services and if there was a private conversation in progress it should have taken place in an office or somewhere private and not at the services desk.Shocked and appalled
