Best selection of used dysons in the area and back up service second to none. Internet is not worth the hassle to save a couple of quid. Sorted my old dyson and bought a looked like new used machine for a fraction of the cost of new with full warranty. I bought my last used machine six years ago from these guys and its the first time it went wrong. Cost me £20 to repair with them. Well worth a phone call.

Very dissapointed with there service, as brought a used Dyson off Ebay and then two months later after only using it a few times as was still using my old Dyson which was on its way out, hence why i brought another one ready, the suction goes completely on the wand and then when i contact BB Dyson on Ebay as the product had 6 months warranty, i get told to do the obvious by checking the filters and pipes (which i had already done) they then tell me to send photos via ebay (which i did) then they denied getting them, then they start getting sarcastic and critical with me, then say that they have blocked me on ebay (obviously there way of getting out of sorting the repair under warranty). Will never use again as now im stuck with a Dyson that doesnt work properly so will have to bin it. I did not return the item within the 30 days as i was still using my old dyson which packed in a couple of weeks ago, hence why i only just brought this to the attention of BB Dyson, and i was forced to buy another machine urgently as i had nothing to use.

Wow, thank you so much for servicing and cleaning my dyson. I thought it was new. Will definately use you again and recommend.
