This review is based solely on the reception staff who are both incompetent and rude with it. The nurses and doctor which I have dealt with there have been absolutely fantastic and I cannot rate them enough. Unfortunately you have to get past the rude receptionists first. Really upset with how I have just been spoken too.

Never had a problem getting an appointment. Reception staff, nurses and doctors are all lovely, caring and compassionate.

First class from the receptionist to our GPs were extremely lucky.
