Fantastic customer service, Tiles and prices! We use this company constantly for our jobs as they have the biggest range of mosaics out there and a great range of floor and wall tiles. Way cheaper than their competitors and alot cheaper than B&Q and Topps tiles! Highly recommend.
Not had a very good experience with this company, its very disappointing, it has been very upsetting, shame companies no longer understand the communications with customers on a professional level, where has customer service gone these days? Replying to Grand Tiles: Firstly, my name is not Rosanna, I don't know what you are talking about, I never asked you to send me £570 worth of tiles for under £6, I am leaving feedback about my experience with your company.
This is a very reliable company selling good products. Mosaic tiles ordered and promptly sent - unfortunately using MyHermes who are totally unreliable - goods not received. I contacted Grand Taps Ltd about this PM on a Wednesday and was promised a replacement order would be despatched at once by Parcel Force Next-Day service. The tiles arrived at 10.45 Thursday. A superb service!
