Asda aberdare is a great place to shop, its always well stocked and has endless varieties of food and toiletries available. Staff are always on hand to help with anything you need, and are quick to find something you may be looking for. I have always had a wonderful experience shopping here and i particularly enjoy popping in for a pizza or some fresh pastries, and also having a quick browse in the George department upstairs. I would highly recommend you visit.
8th of August shopped at your Aberdare Store arrived around 8am spent around £50 odd pounds left within an hour,Returned for breakfast around 10.15 am,nJust had one of your parking fines fo £70 for overstay.nCustomers are allowed 3hrs parking.nI won’t be paying the fine.end of.nNo wounder your sales are dropping away.Used to purchase all my petrol at this store ,Not any more card payments only.And it’s noted your petrol sales are right down.nunmanned tills in your store,another problem you need to address.nyour Managment team need get there finger out.nAnother new store opening close by your store.Looks Like Bye,Bye Asda for my family.nBottom line.nI will not be paying this parking fine.nMichael Dowland.
A bit of a frustrating experience today when I wasn’t allowed to buy a refill pack of lighter fluid, which I just wanted to light my candles I was asked for ID, I didn’t have a physical card / passport on me, understandably in this contactless generation, but I volunteered a photograph of my passport. This was rejected by the store colleague and the manager and told it was against the law to accept. I understand they’re following the rules, but I’m putting this here for feedback for management - I don’t understand why a photograph of ID is unacceptable? Anyway, I’ll take it as a compliment thanks for thinking I look younger than 18 I suppose, but a bit frustrating as a shopper.
Just to warn people that this store has now lowered their parking time limit to 2 hours! Around 2 months ago my son parked our motability car in a disabled bay at this store, so we could do our monthly shopping.nnBare in mind this is a rather large store, we needed to go upstairs to get some clothing, then into the homeware section, then throughout the complete store.nnAlso, my disabilities... I have a disability which causes me alot of pain when I walk, I need to stop now like every 20-30 steps. I am severely visually impaired, with lots of allergies, meaning my son has to read almost all prices, ingredients, flavours, sizes etc for me, he is my eyes for me basically.nnOur shop takes a longggg time. Longer than 2 hours. This particular day it took us just over 3 hours, we got given a ticket, we were not aware at the time of the time change on the parking limit, or we would not have even gone in there.nnWe appealed this ticket based on all of the above information and disgustingly they declined our appeal and we had to pay it!! Disgusting that Asda allows this to happen and this now makes it impossible for us to ever be able to do our regular shopping there again, as it does not allow enough time with my disabilities!! Absolutely disgusting Asda!! If I could give ZERO stars then i absolutely would.
The worst asda I've been to. No Asian food and vegetables at all. Always massive around. Massive layout, nerver found anything smoothly. Side gate is always out of order. The tabacco counter always closes ealier than other ASDAs.
