Payed 50% more for basic items, some of them even without a price on, just because I didn't have time to lose walking further down the road. They lost me as a client, but what's worse is to see humanity lost for savage profit chasing.
Very professional and well run independent pharmacy. Always well-stocked and queue management is quite efficient. Staff always very helpful, approachable and friendly. Don't bother with high street franchise brands for your prescriptions as you're always waiting in long queues with poor communication and they're never as well stocked as Grafton. Many thanks for all your help and care, will always come to you from now on!
Super lovely, family run Pharmacy. I go back every time for my prescriptions and am always looked after so well. Thank you Kieran and family, this is how Pharmacy's should be.
Stellar service. The staff went above and beyond to help with my request. It is clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Would definitely recommend!
Treated very badly when I bought some painkillers recommended by my GP. The attitude towards me was unprofessional and appalling. I won’t ever frequent this establishment again.
I bought the most expensive La Roche Posay B5 and Effaclar in this store - twice of their price. Never ever buy from this pharmacy.
Really lovely local Pharmacy service. We’d had problems finding a pharmacy to help with our prescription because it’s an item that’s not usually stocked, even the hospital pharmacy wouldn’t help us. The Pharmacist at the Grafton immediately ordered the dressing in for us, they arranged to call us as soon as the order was in and then helped us to purchase some items over the counter to help us in the mean time. Overall this was lovely personable kind service, we certainly felt like valued customers & not in any way a nuisance. I will make a point of using this pharmacy in the future for all of my pharmacy needs Thank you
I have been receiving prescriptions from this pharmacy for a few years and are impressed by their excellent service. I ran out of a repeat prescription, and was pleasantly surprised when they took the initiative to contact my doctor to arrange the repeat on my behalf. Furthermore, they compile and deliver my medication within hours. There is always a kind and compassionate voice on the other side of the phone line too. This pharmacy has made my life so much easier when severe illness robbed me of energy, and I needed a hassle free system the most, a rare gem indeed.
This pharmacy charge’s extortionate prices. Better to go to the pharmacy inside the main uclh hospital. Charged £15.99 for Optrex infected eye drops. Went to 2 other pharmacy’s on the way home that day they both charging £8.99. They said there was a shortage. So this is what they do when there is a shortage they charge extortionate prices. That’s the type of people they are! Not maintain the price but people will have to pay high prices as they don’t have a choice. The lady even said to me no one else has it in central London so what are you going to do!
Good things so far are wide range of product, clean and tidy shop-floor, but the product prices surely aren’t low. Base on my first experience, their items are 25 -30% more expensive than their big-chain competitor.
