Dropped in for a session pretty early in the day. Gym is well equipped across two floors. Some decent equipment with great clean shower changing area! Nice music and friendly reception staff. Not sure how busy it gets in the busier times but if you are in the area well worth dropping in day pass is £8.00.

Best gym in the business, the staff are super friendly and the atmosphere within the gym is perfect for an effective workout.  They sell a range of products from prep meals, to drinks and merchandise.  The gym is very modern and cleaning staff are constantly cleaning. The lighting in the gym makes photoshoots even better.  I do not have a bad word to say about this gym, every time I attend I never leave disappointed.

Best gym around. Must go visit even if its too far for you to join. The equipment, the vibe is excellent. You will realise you wont even need your headphones because the music is really good too. They have food and supps. Good to go

Great gym, everyone in there staff and community alike are really nice would 100% recommend.  The kit is really good not much else you could really ask for

Such a shame, looks like an amazing gym. My wife and I are relocating to Watford. I myself am transitioning and sent an email asking if it was a friendly welcoming gym as we all know there’s a lot of hate out there. No reply to the email. Called up to book in a viewing and ask about my email. Was told ‘haven’t seen an email’ but no pry into why they haven’t. Was asked what facilities I was searching for and then was told quite abruptly ‘everyone here is serious and counts their macros, even the women compete’. Firstly I don’t understand why other peoples dietary restrictions impact my workout. Secondly why was the ‘seriousness’ of my workout measured by that. As soon as I got off the phone my wife said she hasn’t enjoyed that conversation and instantly felt like it was said to put people off. Such a shame that wording and lack of picking up an email makes this place seem really exclusionary.

OMG. Such a great gym. They let me try out some of the equipment. I loved it. Had a milkshake and a meal after, even got some professional help finding a good pre-workout. Very friendly staff and people in there are also. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Great Gym and vibes, easily one of the best gyms arounds. Amit a staff member there is extreme great at his job and customer services always working hard and a friendly guy.

This gym has an excellent range of equipment for all muscle groups. Some unique pieces are the belt squat, pendulum squat and vertical leg press. They also have a range of prime equipment which allows you overload specific portions of the range of motion. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. You won't need headphones here, they've got you covered. Day pass is also really cheap. Definitely worth a visit.

Best gym in North London by a long shot, good music good equipment and great staff
