Terrible experience. My first and last time at this burger place. The burgers weren't bad but there was not much good about them either. Kids burger came with mayo despite not listing on menu. The real let down was the fries, under cooked, pale greasy and far too skinny. We left the fries and only ate the burgers. Left the place underwhelmed, unsatisfied and 20 quid lighter. There was no check up from waitress either. Had good expectations and was extremely disappointed.
Visited with 11 yo and 14 yo for lunch. Service was excellent, menu explained and nice choice of tables. I liked the decor and we all had the £7.95 lunch offer which I thought was good value. No drink included but they weren’t too expensive for the quality here. Lovely food, really great burgers for all three of us. We always like a QR code for ordering too. No complaints here and we will be back. Thank you
Came on Thursday 30th May at around 1:30/2pm and we were seated by an incompetent lady who was rude and seated 3 adults and 5 kids on a small circle table. Then proceeded to tell me I can’t park my pram behind a booth we wanted to move to. I think a manager told her we can. She was really difficult. Our food was awful, wouldn’t go back. Tiny portion very expensive & chewy hard chicken. Never coming back
We ordered Oreo milk shake and 2 smashed burgers. But honestly I remember the Oreo milk shake from 5 years ago and this time was a disappointment: the shake was super sweet and the smashed burgers tasted good but for 15 pounds honestly they were way too small. Overall not recommended. Like I said 5 years ago it was good now it lost a lot in terms of quality and quantity too.
Yep this is the one. Had the classic burger with added bacon. Came to £12.5. Took 14min. I was very happy. But it won’t fill you up so get some sides or a double patty.Food: 5/5
Fantastic burger, really juicy and tasty. Chips were good as well, a decent portion thankfully as they are quite expensive. Sauces were nice. When seated you go up to the counter to order and pay. It asks you about the tip then which before you’ve had the service it’s hard to know what to tip so feel they are missing out on some tips.Food: 5/5
Sat us pretty quickly on a busy Saturday. £21.95 for a burger, fries and milkshake. I thought it was pretty extortionate. Wish the staff were more friendly and wouldn't hurt to smile instead of treating us like an inconvenience.Food: 4/5
The burgers are delicious, the chips were spot on too! The food didn't take long to come and it was served hot. I had the chunky chips with the garlic mayo sauce and you can get a bottomless fizzy drink I had the passion fruit drink it was nice and refreshing. Ordering was pretty easy with the little tablets they have on the tables. Overall great food, good service and good atmosphere. I will be visiting again for sure
I'd say more like a 4.6 out of 5 purely cause it was a little bit too pricey however aside from that food was good, decent amount, to select from atmosphere was nice relaxed and simple but not boring. Would definitely come back here. I spent £33 for 2 big burgers and 2 big sides.Food: 4/5
My opinion is the close this restaurant for good. I can’t imagine it’s working and generating profit. One of the worst restaurants in the UK. The food looks and tastes the same as if you did it at home. If you bought frozen fried chicken from iceland and cooked it in an airfryer it would definitely taste 100% better that this food. Ugly food with five guys prices. Dont think of trying it.
