A fascinating tour of this great football ground. Our tour guides, Dave and Ron, were brilliant and very knowledgeable. They gave so many interesting facts about the club and stadium and you can tell they genuinely love their job and the club. The tour lasted about an hour and included some of the hospitality lounges, the media centre, home and away dressing rooms, walking out the player's tunnel and views of the stadium from the Goodison Road stand and from the dugouts. There was also the opportunity to hold the FA Cup in the home dressing room and take pictures with it, which was a lovely touch.
Pure nostalgia. As a Toffee I'm going to be biased a bit. Took my 8 year old on the stadium tour which was brilliant and full of amazing historical facts about the ground. Walking out to the theme of Z-Cars with him was Avery emotional moment.
I’ve supported Everton for 40 years and it was a joy to take my son. Even I learnt lots of new information about the club’s history, and how the stadium set a precedence for all other clubs globally. For example, the first to have a mascot, a magazine and underground heating, as well as the stadium design itself. From a marketing perspective, the tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable, but I was slightly disappointed by one or two inappropriate jokes, but hey, it’s football. Not good for the brand… I can’t wait for the new stadium.
Truly the Grand Old Lady! While unfortunately unable to see a match, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the stadium tour. As a long-time Everton fan, it was a treat to walk through the tunnel and step into the technical area to see the quaint majesty of the Gwladys Street End.
Brilliant football stadium full of character and history. Proper ground with 4 proper stands and multiple tiers. Quite a compact ground with a capacity of 40k. Took the stadium tour, which was brilliant. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly tour guides; would 100% recommend this for any groundhopper before the ground is gone. Stadium is starting to age, so I can see why the move to Bramley Docks is on the cards.
Goodison Park..The Grand Old Lady....had an amazing tour here, maybe 1 day il get my season ticket....Onwards though to OUR 3rd Stadium..Bramley Moore. As a BLUE, you deffo need to do this before it closes for good. Thankyou guys for an inforgetable experience. COYB GP NSNO IYKYH ETID EFC
My favourite sports stadium on the Planet. On its day its got the most stunning atmosphere I've ever experienced, albeit it can also be very quiet - it really depends on the match and what is at stake. The stadium tour is brilliant too.
WSL match V Liverpool. I feel very privileged to have had the opportunity to visit this famous and historical football stadium. Very much love the atmosphere and the beautify aesthetics of this charming football stadium. Friendly fans and local alike. You don’t even have to approach the staffs for help. They approach you and will go above and beyond to ensure that your visit to Goodison is a memorable one. Evertonians are loud and passionate, supporting their team with every kick of the match from start to finish.
My family and I did the stadium tour. It was great to see behind the scenes of this amazing old stadium. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Entertaining a group of about 20 people with the clubs remarkable history.
Absolutely amazing stadium! I first went on a tour in August 2019 and instantly fell in love with the place! I returned in February 2023 for my first-ever match which was amazing and returned again last month August 2024! The most-recent time I did feel stressed but that had nothing to do with my experience there and I think it has been a fantastic stadium over the last 132-years! I am sad to see it go next summer!
