I've had to write this company multiple times in regards to an order I placed in the end of June - it is not mid-November. There have been no automatic updates. I found out in August that 1 of the items was unavailable. I inquired about the other and have not heard back yet. It's been a real waste or my time.
Poor online service, I ordered on the website. The order never arrived and I didn't get a refund ! Never order, this is fraud !
