Ordered a Marin Nail Trail 7 29er from Goodbikegear. Ordering was easy, the price was fantastic, and the delivery was very quick. I received the bike well packaged in circa 3 days. There was a small problem with the dropper post on the bike and Goodbikegear were happy to refund me the cost of repair. When I initially enquired about the bikes they had, they were helpful, genuine, and possessed good knowledge. Top job guys, keep it up.
I ordered my bike on the Wednesday and it arrived on the Friday UK mainland fantastic! The price was spot on. Unfortunately my bikes gears weren't indexed and worst of all my rear hydraulic brake needed bleeding it was going flat to the bars. Lucky I have the knowledge and necessary equipment to fix. It was still in original Marin packaging so I guess the shop dosen't check the bikes before dispatch. I did email my concerns but like some of the other reviewers I have yet to receive a response.
I ordered a Marin Riftzone 2, great price reduction. Delivery just within a few days, no need to assemble anything. The bike is amazing, coming from a hardtail it is extremely smooth and great to handle on trails - and still lightweight. Great bike, people at GoodBikeGear were very helpful to answer all questions. Highly recommended !
Very good service! I received my bike to Finland very fast. It was well packed, but unfortunately with a broken back tube. However, Goodbikegear refunded me for the tube, when I contacted them. Highly appreciated! I can very much recommend!
Great service, great free delivery, great price. If you are on the mainland and concerned about ordering from across the water, don't be delivery was seamless. te bike was extreamly well packed and arrived in perfect order fully asssembled except peddles saved almost £200 on London based prices. Fantastic deal !
Awful customer service. Received a boxed bike but the valve on the inner tube was leaking. I replaced the inner tube and sent them an email about it which they ignored. Then phoned them up and asked for reasonable compensation inner tube was £7 + inconvenience = £20. They refused point blank and asked me to send the assembled bike back! I asked him if he was being serious and he hung up the phone! This was the manager apparently. Terrible customer service. I would avoid at all costs.
absolutely fantastic service, my order was shipped from Ireland on Monday and i received it Wednesday, superb! i highly recommend goodbikegear, 2 reasons, fantastic service and amazing prices, i will definitely be ordering from them again, thankyou guys you're awesome!
I've recieved my Marin Muirwoods 29er bike in awful condition. Despite that I've asked them to pack the bike well and told them that I can pay extra cash for this if needed, the bike was delivered in one huge box that was the extra package by the way inside it there was the bike in the half torn original box and all the accessories and parts freely moving inside it. In result the bike have scratches on the frame and fork. The "bonus" is that that the bike have ugly defect on the paint. On the top tube there is 15mm long hair under the paint which looks awful, and someone tried to mask it which looks even uglier. I know that it's cheap bike but, I've told them about this and send them pictures....and nothing. Still no answer. At the time I was waiting my bike to be delivered, I've asked them if they can check and tell me what is the maximum tire size that can be fitted because I've wanted to purchase bigger tires in advance. Still no answer.
Besides the amazing price for which I got the bike for, I have received an amazing service from everyone there! Changed my mind regarding part of my order, and everything was handled very fast and professional! Couldn't ask for better!
BRILLIANT MARIN MOUNTAIN BIKE, VERY COMPETETIVE PRICE, SPEEDY DELIVERY. BIKE WAS VERY WELL PACKED SO NO DAMAGE. THE BIKE IS VERY GOOD QUALITY, COMFORTABLE AND FAST, JUST GOT BACK FROM A BUMPY RIDE AND THE LARGE WHEELS AND SUSPENSION MADE IT COMFORTABLE. HIGHY RECOMMENDED.
