I ordered my son's bike by telephone. It wasn't in stock, but they ordered it in, and it arrived 3 days later. They informed me both by phone and email. I drove up the following day to collect it. A nice and friendly staff member greeted myself and my son when I came through the door. And he also very helpful. He brought out the new bike and it was ready to ride straight away. I also decided to to treat my son to a new helmet to go with his new bike. Another member of staff came to assist.  He was so helpful with sizing and colours ect. I couldn't recommend a shop or the staff highly enough. Overall a enjoyable experience.

Absolutely brilliant experience at the shop on Tuesday. I've had no bike for about a year and decided I was going to get a bike. I was wandering around the shop and I knew the guys had spotted me as they said hello but left me to it for a bit. I like that , not hassling me for a sale. When I needed help I got it. I got advice on what bikes where in the store, how long it would take if I ordered online, prices etc so I could make a good decision.  I had a budget and the bike i liked was well over,  but the guys dropped the price by 75 quid, so I was able to get a dropper fitted to. The bike was built and checked within an hour and everything worked perfect. Can't remember the guys names but thank you . Had a bit of banter and conversation to. Great team in the shop

A great team of people to deal with in the Belfast store.  I bought a new road bike and unfortunately within days had a few issues with it. All members of staff went above and beyond to help me out and the issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with my new bike. Thanks to all at chain reaction Belfast.

Ordered a Vitus Sentier VR 29 August 14th. It arrived scratched in several places downtube, forks, rims. Replacement was sent quickly. It arrived in worse condition than the first one - with a very deep scratch on the top tube. Asking for a refund is where things really went wrong. Arrow XL the courier company who CRC used turned up and threw the bike into the lorry with no remorse. Chain reaction cycles then withheld my refund for over 30 days because this courier had "lost" the bike in transit. I was supplied with false tacking information and constant lies over messages - almost daily. I had to get legal help in the form of lawyer who advise to threaten them with court action as the bike being collected in 100% their responsibility surprise surprise they coughed up after this I should not have to pay for they mistakes and definitely should not go without £1099 for over 30 days!  Chain reaction cycles customer service team treated me in the most diabolical fashion possible. Lies after lies after lies - at one point they refused to reply back when their lies were exposed. They are very good at pretending they care.  And before CRC try to reply to the review telling me it is inaccurate or "how sorry they are" or watcher else it is, I have records and proof of all that was said and done.  I would deeply advise against shopping here.

Chain Reaction Aka Wiggle, same company ,same stock will happily take your money for next day delivery and either not bother despatching or their joke courier 'Evri' ,Hermes won't bother delivering and if they on the off chance will, they'll smash the box up and leave it in a highly visibly position outside to get wet or stolen. Try getting money off CRC/Wiggle once it's been 'delivered'.  Like most firms the staff get annoyed with horrible questions like 'where is my parcel ' or 'why did I pay for next day delivery ' . Don't work for firms that treat customers like scum ! Simple solution.

Absolutely 1st class service from start to finish. Professional yet friendly advice selecting model and size best for me. A big thanks to Paul and all the team at Chain Reaction Belfast.

I've purchased 2 bike off crc in the last 2 years, direct from the shop on Boucher Road,  I've had couple of wee issues with both bike that crc have dealt with professional and quick,   I highly recommend crc for the customer service,  wouldn't buy a bike off any one else,  big thanks to Jonathan, Finn and Graham

Just visited this store for a puncture repair on my front tyre and was told by a guy that that they couldn’t do it today which is fine I then told him I could pick it up tomorrow it’s no hastle and he then tells me that the store isn’t focusing on puncture repairs25 min job at the most  only building bikes and they could sell me a tube but they will not be fitting it, don’t know what issue the man had with puncture repairs but the ignorance and how I was spoken to was a disgrace, the tutting as I asked him about leaving the wheel in was shocking. Was at the store a couple days ago getting help fitting a tyre into a bead and the fellas where lovely. Use this store all the time for tools and tubes and advice and can’t see myself going back as long as this guy is there, really shocking customer service.  UPDATE  Had a phone call with John the assistant manager and all is well and issue resolved, gentleman thanks John.

Thanks to all the mechanics at CRC who got my gravel wheel setup up and running today. They couldn’t do enough for me. Tyres seated, inflated, brakes tightened, cassette adjusted and tightened.

Called over to get the guys to have a look at my bottom bracket on the bike as it felt rough when riding Got speaking to Graham who couldn't of been more welcoming and helpful he spent the time to chat with me and get the bike booked in after he had found the bearings were done and needed replaced I had the bike back the same day  Graham thanks very much for spending the time to chat away and keep me updated on the progress of the bike being fixed you made me feel valued as a customer
