Just closed my account of some 12 years. Service is dreadful, customer service simply don't care. Update - Reaching out to CRC, to a director no less was positive to a point but since then nothing. This is extremely disappointing. A single customer just doesn't warrant feedback. This is not how a company should be run.
Tried to buy a bike via Bike to Work Scheme - in short don't bother. Took over 10 days to respond, i.e. answer an email dedicated to Bike to Work. In the meantime the price has gone up £6 - you guessed it; their great customer service now needs to you get a new Bike to Work certificate will delay getting the bike at least another week. Last time I used the scheme I spoke with an online shop once I had my certificate and got the bike the next day. Utterly terrible customer service. I used to use them when they were a good family run company. Sad to say never again.
I love Nukeproof products but this company has the most terrible customer service if there are any mishaps. The can't admit when they're wrong. All customers want is acknowledgement and help, not cheeky responses dodging all accountability.
I have purchased from CRC before and have had no issue. this time I ordered my parts, then a few days later I got a notification I received a refund with no information as to why. I was required to contact them and to only find out my package was damaged thus they refunded me Instead of just sending the parts again. So I was required to submit another order And of course this time I didnt get the same discount, although small. It was just a bit more of a headache going through that. Overall they are good, I hope they can improve on this part.
Better order directly from China... Probably you will get your stuff faster than from CRC... Thank you : ----------------------------------------------------- My package still hasn't been delivered, though CRC's customer service response time is excellent. I've been waiting for 22 days, and based on what I read in the email, I can anticipate waiting for at least another 7 days. I have no money and no bike parts... Could you please fix the problem. Send parts with a more reliable courier company or refund my money. You promised me 8 days for delivery and I am your customer. Fastway is your problem, not mine. One month delivery time to Dublin! LOL That's shocking :
Scam! Purchased 2 items - shipped from this location in the UK but they neglect to tell you they could be coming from multiple warehouses AFTER you pay. So I had to pay 2 separate customs/Duty fees from 2 different carriers. I emailed CRC and they replied they have no control over that. What a scam! Buyers beware!
Be very careful with this company and hope they don't screw up when packaging your purchase. I bought a set of identical tyres and other parts needed for a tubeless setup. What I received were two tyres with different specs widths. One having the specs I had ordered and one incorrect. They offered to refund me the incorrect one... So far so good right? My ordeal started when I asked them to secure another tyre with the same specs I had ordered so I could repurchase. I was told they didn't have them in stock anymore and when I asked to replace both for another model so I could have the two identical tyres as intended I was again told they couldn't do that. In the end, I ended up with a refund I didn't agree with and the message "keep the tyre you never wanted as a courtesy". So much for customer service, you really solved the problem you created for me... Never again!!!
Used these guys a couple of times and both order turnaround has taken between 7 and 9 days from point of order, a very slow service compared to their competitors. They used Hermes to deliver my goods, again from personal experience Hermes are the worst courier company in the UK. The website seems to have a good range of items with nothing in stock however the products are fairly priced. I’d use them again only if am desperate.
8 days to US east coast, after ordering. DHL shipping call/email DHL immediately for clarity & to ensure a SIGNATURE delivery. Customs Will Open Boxes… Bikes are unbelievably ready to ride lil wrenching & you won’t find better bang for buck than CRC
I returned a faulty helmet via CRC's recommended Rebound Parcel Connect/Fastway service. It has sat somewhere between the dropoff point and local transit hub since 24.8. I have spoken twice with online chat. I am informed that it can take up to 16 working days Dublin-UK mainland and to recontact them 29.10. So 5 weeks? So no helmet in the meanwhile. I am a fool and should have sent by normal post at my own ecpense and hope they refund the postage. So disappointed. CRC used to be great, but that was years ago. Not again.
