Disgusting, the food was late and had a drink spilt on it. Called to complain was swore at and told the police were coming to my address. They then cancelled the order in just eat so I couldn’t leave an honest review. Do not order the food is vile, as is the attitude of staff.

Good food? Believe me. Nothing good about it. Delivered an hour before the ordered time. Told me they will collect it, re-heat it and deliver at the time I ordered it for. We ordered 3 rice dishes. So they clearly think it acceptable to re-heat such dishes and sell them?!!! 

2 hours trying to get a refund. Was threatened, swore at, laughed at. They eventually promised a refund, once they have collected the food. That was at 7:30pm. It is now 00:35am. The food it still here. No reply to any of my calls. Looks like I'm £26 out of pocket.

Avoid this hole, and also avoid Big Foodie.

Absolutely disappointing.  We waited over 2 hours for our order and after several telephone conversations being told it would be arriving in next 2 or 3 mins it never arrived.  Appalling customer service.
