I'm a disabled driver and have a Motobility scheme vehicle. I know very little about cars and when a message came up on dashboard panel stating that there was a problem with the loss of pressure in my tyres I rang Kwik Fit Brownhills and they booked me in for the next day. When they checked the tyres they found a nail was embedded in the tyre and so I needed a replacement tyre urgently. They ordered the tyre there and then and fitted it the following afternoon. I was so impressed with how quickly they solved the problem especially as I had a very long journey to make to London. Thank you so much Kwik Fit Brownhills I will always come straight to you if I have any problems in the future.

Had a great experience  with kwik Fit Brownhills . Rang  on Thursday to see if they could get my car In for m.o.t  that day.  Matt  managed to get my car in and Den did the work needed to get it passed , had it back the same day . Genuinely nice team there . Will definitely use again and recommended.

Matthew was absolutely amazing and came to our rescue. We had a flat tyre and managed to get a spar on for 17:55pm on a friday evening, he stayed open late and was so kind and helpful! Thank you kwikfit and thank you Matthew

Had a fantastic level of service today at this Kwik Fit centre in Brownhills. Matt and his colleague were saviours..! Having had a tyre blow out on M6 Toll we managed to hobble to this place. Matt kindly fitted us in between appointments and got us back on the road. Very professional, understanding and helpful. Checked all our tyre pressures and refitted space saver wheel. Can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend Matt and this centre due to them going the extra mile to help us!

I had a flat tire and was panicking, however Matthew was extremely calming and was able too solve all my problems with the tire! Very good worker would recommend

Fantastic service! I popped in here today looking for a bulb for my indicator, the man serving helped me straight a way, turned out it wasn't a new bulb and helped me get my indicator working and it didn't cost me a thing. This was the first time I'd ever been here and it will definitely not be my last, Thank you for your help today

Straight in prompt service able to watch how they do it and results. MOT guy Dennis was a real help to. And your facilities for tracking adj on all four wheels modern and up to date.

Called Quik fit at 3:10 on a Sunday afternoon after having a spare wheel fitted by AA but were still having problems. Matt was so helpful and told us to come in so he could have a look. He quickly reassured us, fitted 2 new front tyres, and gave us advice for our upcoming MOT. This allowed us to continue our 3 hour journey home safely we would have been very stuck otherwise. Matts service and expertise were invaluable.
