Worked here for a period, the management & staff are all very welcoming. Couldn’t ask for more in the sense of help as a new employee, always somebody on hand willing to help. The customers who come as regulars are all friendly, love a chit chat & getting to know you & enjoy you getting to know them. Reasons for leaving were solely based on not wanting to be a minimum wage paying job, everything else I couldn’t have asked for more from the company. Even the area manager when she pops in takes the opportunity to say hello & make you feel welcome as part of the team. By far the loveliest place I have ever worked.
Don't waste your money!!! I was not welcomed. Not offered a drink, then there were 2 ladies who came in and was given free credit, I was not offered any sort of promotion yet I had already spent £70. They also won a jackpot of £165 on a 30p bet and here's me spending £70 and can't even walk away with anything. Not even hit a descent bonus. Such robbery. It seems fixed if you ask me. Stay well clear. You have more chance winning something on a pub machine. Will definitely not be returning. STAY CLEAR!

This golden touch venue doesn't even deserve 1 star. Upon my visit, which lasted for around 90 minutes, I was never greeted by the staff or offered a drink. The venue was also filled with cigarette smoke produced by staff smoking in the back doorway and being blown inwards. This was to say the least a very unpleasant experience.
