Recently popped into the Golden Lion whilst on our holiday... can honestly say, Great service, friendly staff and the beer was fantastic- highly recommended
Really lovely pub. Bar staff can't do enough for you so helpful and friendly. It on of them pubs what you call a proper pub.
The barmaid loves to give short measure on pouring real ales and then gets grumpy when asked to top up the pint
