Golden Hind aims to be the best place to go for sport, food, drink
and entertainment as well as best place for local sports teams
and prides itself on having the best guest/customer service.
Both Rich and Dawn have a wealth of experience in running pubs

Great food!! While we were eating unfortunately their chef had had to go home unwell so no food was being served after that, however they still honoured the rest of our stay and even still sorted deserts for us. The atmosphere was not great seeing as people were being turned away for food and so it was quiet but considering the situation they handled it very well so top marks still. Also we enjoyed the music choices.

Nice pub clean and tidy helpful staff and decent food reasonably priced. Added bonus good selection of decent beers all nicely kept would definitely recommend the Golden Hind.

Great pub, lovely food and a friendly atmosphere. Parking can be a squeeze but there are streets within walking distance.

Great for a pint or two, but I can't recommend eating there. We've had two meals, the first was a nice gammon steak and was good. The second was a chicken roast, and was quite possibly the worst meal out we've ever had. Will not risk paying for another.

Great pub very friendly excellent food staff lovely great landlord lovely to have a conversation with him.same goes for the all of the staff very welcoming highly recommended.
